Impartiality Policy

Impartiality Policy

RCPL’s top management is fully committed to ensuring that all management system certification activities are conducted impartially and in an unbiased manner. RCPL personnel, whether internal or external, as well as committee members who can influence any part of the certification process, are required to act impartially and must not allow commercial, financial, or other pressures to compromise impartiality in any way.

RCPL provides its certification services in a way that ensures that its activities and relationships do not create any conflict of interest. If any relationship is identified that poses a threat to impartiality, RCPL documents and demonstrates how such a threat is eliminated or minimized, and makes relevant information available to those concerned. Top management takes all necessary measures to ensure that if the relationship of any person or their employer involved in certification activities with the organization being audited is found to pose an unacceptable threat to impartiality, that person or their employer is immediately removed from all related certification activities.

In line with this commitment, RCPL does not provide management system consultancy, internal audits, or outsource audits to its certified clients, nor does it market or offer its certification services as linked with any organization that provides management system consultancy. The top management of RCPL is dedicated to supporting the independent and impartial operation of the certification body. If any internal or external relationship is found to pose an unacceptable threat to impartiality, RCPL will not provide certification services in such cases.
